Alderwoman O'Neill moved to approve the Regular Meeting agenda. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.

Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120  
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to nominate Alderwoman Contee to be the  
Housing & Human Welfare Committee chair. Seconded. CARRIED on voice  
vote.  
Appointments and Re-appointments  
Appointment - Ms. Sharon Elliot - Housing Authority  
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend AP-10-26 favorably. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.  
General Discussion  
Bloomsbury Square Rehab Briefing  
Alderman Huntley and CEO/Director of the Housing Authority Maddox-Evans were  
present to answer questions.  
Affordable Housing and Community Equity Development Commission Update  
Affordable Housing and Community Equity Development Commission member  
Patrick Sheridan was present to answer questions from the committee.  
Woodside Gardens Update  
Fairstead Senior Regional Manager Kenneth Hart and Fairstead Regional  
Manager Diane Rampersaud were present to answer questions from the  
committee.  
Adjournment  
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 6:13 pm.
