Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Appointment - Ms. Janeen Tasker - Human Relations Commission

The committee decided to take no action on AP-56-25.  
Alderman Gay requested AP-56-25 be put on the City Council agenda for October  
27th,2025.  
Appointment - Ms. Valerie Bonham - Commission of Aging  
Attachments: AP-57-25  
AP-57-25 was present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Huntley moved to recommend AP-57-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED  
on voice vote.  
General Discussion  
HACA Overview  
Executive Director/CEO of the Housing Authority of The City of Annapolis was  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Affordable Housing and Community Equity Development Commission  
Housing Affordability Specialist Ruffin and Affordable Housing and Community  
Equity Development Commission Chair Britton were present to answer questions  
from the committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 7:39pm.
