Fees Related to O-11-26, Allowing Long-Term Room Rentals in Private  
Homes  
For the purpose of updating the Fees to add a rooming house operating license fee and  
to amend existing rental license fee descriptions in connection with Ordinance 11-26,  
which establishes a regulatory framework permitting rooming houses (boarding houses)  
as long-term rentals in private residences and provides for licensing, operational  
standards, and zoning approval.
