Alderwoman O'Neill moved to adopt as amended to remove PSC 5.5.25 until next  
meeting and Move ID-36-25:Office of Emergency Management Update (OEM) to  
after ID-35-25:Annapolis Fire Department Update (AFD). Seconded. CARRIED on  
voice vote.

General Discussion  
Office of Emergency Management Update (OEM)  
Chief of Office of Emergency Management Simmons was present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Annapolis Fire Department Update (AFD)  
Deputy Chief Lopez and Deputy Chief Powell were present to answer questions  
from the committee  
Annapolis Police Department Update (APD)  
Chief of Police Jackson, Deputy Chief of Police Brandford, Captain Howard,  
Captain Miguez, Captain Thacker and Director of Internal Affairs Gooding were  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Adjournment  
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 3:44 pm.
