Alderman Smith-Brown moved to approve the Regular Meeting agenda.
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120
Alderman Smith-Brown moved to nominate Alderwoman O'Neill as the Public
Safety Committee chair. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
General Discussion
Annapolis Fire Department Update (AFD)
Chief of Fire Remaley and Deputy Chief of Fire Powell were present to answer
questions from the committee.
Office of Emergency Management (OEM)
Alderman Thorp and Director of Emergency Management Simmons were present
to answer questions from the committee.
Annapolis Police Department Update (APD)
Chief of Police Jackson, Deputy Chief of Fire Brandford, Operations Commander
Captain Howard, Patrol Commander Captain Thacker, Administrative
Commander CaptainMiguez and Director of Internal Affairs Blue were present to
answer questions from the committee.
Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was
adjourned at 6:19pm.
