AAlderman Savidge called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:06 pm.

Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)  
Alderman Arnett moved to adopt as amended to move ID-45-25 to the top of the  
agenda and postpone ID-68-25 until the next meeting on May 7th, 2025.  
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

General Discussion  
Solar Park Pollinator Habitat Project (LWLA) - Presentation/Q&A  
Ethan Dropkin, Rebecca Kagle, and Morgana Tetherow-Keller were present to  
answer questions from  
the committee.  
Legislation  
Demonstration Program to Build Green Roofs on City Bus Shelters - For the  
purpose of requiring the City Manager to establish a demonstration program to  
evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of green roof bus shelters; and to include that  
project in the Fiscal Year 2026 City budget; and generally related to the establishment  
of eco-friendly bus shelters.

Deputy City Manager for Resilience & Sustainability Guild was present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested the "Green Roof Buses" be a budget amendment as  
a CIP Project.  
Alderman Savidge moved to recommend R-2-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED  
on voice vote.  
General Discussion  
Planning & Zoning - Developmental Updates

Senior Land Use and Developmental Planner Meekins was present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Stormwater Fee’s Discussion  
Assistant City Manager Buckland, Finance Director Dickinson, Stormwater  
Program Manager Rossberg,Stormwater Engineer Roderer and Stantec Senior  
Principle David Hyder were present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested a chart showing projected revenue expenses for  
the next fiscal years be included in these slides for the budget presentation on  
April 29th, 2025.  
Resilience & Sustainability Update  
Alderman Savidge requested this be the first item on the agenda at the next  
meeting May 7th, 2025.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 5:28pm.
