Alderman Huntley moved to adopt as amended to move "General Discussion"  
before "Legislation" and remove ID-61-25 and add ID-43-25. Seconded. CARRIED  
on voice vote.

Appointment Tara Wells was present to answer questions.  
Alderman Schandelmeier arrived at 6:38 pm.  
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to recommend AP-4-25 favorably. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.  
General Discussion  
Robin Wood - BGE Discussion - Energy Assistant Program  
External Affairs BGE Marche Taylor and Senior Manager of External Affairs  
Danielle Gooding were present to answer questions from the committee.  
Rental Assistance Program Discussion  
Community Engagement Administrator Young , Social Work Coordinator Erin,  
Community Service Coordinator Hill and Rental Assistant Associate Boykin were  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Legislation  
Demonstration Program to Build Green Roofs on City Bus Shelters - For the  
purpose of requiring the City Manager to establish a demonstration program to  
evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of green roof bus shelters; and to include that  
project in the Fiscal Year 2026 City budget; and generally related to the establishment  
of eco-friendly bus shelters.

roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
