Alderman Savidge called the Regular Meeting to order at 3:02 pm.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to adopt as amended to postpone ID-40-25.  
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderman Arnett moved to approve ENV 2.19.25. Seconded. CARRIED on  
voice vote.  
Legislation  
Demonstration Program to Build Green Roofs on City Bus Shelters - For the  
purpose of requiring the City Manager to establish a demonstration program to  
evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of green roof bus shelters; and to include that  
project in the Fiscal Year 2026 City budget; and generally related to the establishment  
of eco-friendly bus shelters.

Sponsors:  
Alderman Gay and City Manager for Resilience and Sustainability Guild were  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested that City Manager for Resilience and Sustainability  
Guild make sure there is consistency between the staff report & fiscal impact note  
on this legislation.  
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone R-2-25 until the next meeting on April  
10th, 2025. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
General Discussion  
Resilience & Sustainability Update  
Alderman Savidge requested Planning & Zoning Developmental Update is on  
every agenda going forward.  
Alderwoman Finlayson & Alderman Arnett requested the Resilience &  
Sustainability update be sent a week ahead of time for review from the  
committee before the meeting.  
City Manager for Resilience & Sustainability Guild,Transportation Director Moore  
and Environmental Programs Coordinator Laconich were present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested the Pollinator Garden Discussion be added to the  
April agenda.  
City Manager for Resilience & Sustainability Guild suggested Storm Water  
Engineer Wilding come to the next meeting to give a presentation on the  
Eastport Flood Mitigation.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 4:21 pm
