General Discussion  
Community Grants  
Alderwoman O'Neill recommended Office of Community Services partner with  
different Community Outreach Organizations to help the community.  
Alderman Thorp requested a follow-up on the difference in the budget for FY26  
and FY27.  
Alderman Thorp and Huntley requested Office of Community Services add a  
"FY26 Adopted Community Grants" column to the Grant Funding FY2027  
spreadsheet.  
Department of Transportation  
Meeting Reconvened 11:07 am.  
Acting City Manager Buckland, Director of Transportation Moore, Deputy Director  
of Transportation Agyemang-Duah, and Budget Analyst Flaherty were present to  
answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Thorp requested data tracking for the Electrical Shuttle that was  
running in Eastport.  
Alderman Huntley requested a overall price number for more  
variableTransportation messaging/signage around the city.  
Alderman Huntley asked for the department to follow-up on the "collection rate  
of fines from issued violations = 76%" previously, what is the current percentage  
for "collection rate fines".

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 12:21 pm.
