Alderman Huntley called the Regular Meeting to order at 10:31 am.

Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)  
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to adopt as amended to add SA-13-26 to the Regular  
Meeting agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
Business and Miscellaneous  
Election of Chairman Pursuant to City Code Section 2.16.120  
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to nominate Alderman Huntley as the chair of the  
Finance Committee. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
Fund Transfers  
Capital Fund - Public Works - Capital Reserve

Acting Finance Director Trudeau, Assistant City Attorney Leonard, and Senior  
Budget Analyst Johnson were present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Thorp requested that the Finance Department makes the Finance  
Committee aware of what available funds the department is looking at when  
discussing these funds and explain why there is an urgency to spend the funds  
being discussed.  
Alderwoman O'Neill requested Department of Public Works give an update on  
how the project is coming along the Chesapeake Children's Museum project.  
why is it delayed to 2028 if the parking is being updated before then?  
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend FT-6-26 favorably. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.  
Supplemental Appropriations  
Grant - Harbor Master- Department of Natural Resources

Alderman Huntley requested the following for Budget Presentations:  
1. Performance metrics and Why these are the Performance Metrics?  
2. Connecting funds with performance metric results.

Acting City Manager Buckland and Acting Finance Director Trudeau were present  
to answer questions from the committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 11:18 am.
