Supervisors of Elections.

Supplemental Spending $50,000 or Less

SA-21-26

Fire - Grant - This supplemental appropriation adds an additional

$21,378.50 to the FY26 Maryland Institute for Emergency Medical

Services Systems (MEMSS) grant for defibrillators. Allowing the Fire

Department to purchase another LP35 unit and continue the

replacement of obsolete units. The City has a required match of $21,

378.50which will be paid out of the Fire Department Capital Outlay

expense account.

appropriates $683,200 US Department of Transportation Federal

Highway Administration SS4A (FY24) Grant Funding and $159,700

Roads Project.

For the purpose of adopting the City Budget, comprising the Annual

Operating Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, the Capital

Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, the Capital

Improvement Program for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2028, June 30,

2029, June 30, 2030, June 30, 2031, and June 30, 2032; appropriating

funds for all expenditures for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and
