Legislation  
Sale of City-Owned Property at 932 Spa Road and 935 Spa Road, Lot 1  
For the purpose of approving the sale of City-owned property at 932 Spa Road and  
935 Spa Road, Lot 1 to the Resilience Authority of Annapolis and Anne Arundel  
County, Inc.; for expressly authorizing said sale to be made a private sale and not at  
public auction; and all matters related to said sale.

Works Vogel, Director of Central Services Flinner, Public Works Civil Engineer  
De Matto, and Annapolis Heritage Commission Vice Chair Robert L. Worden,  
Ph.D were present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested the Public Works Civil Engineer De Matto, her  
team, and the Resilience Authority to the next Environmental Matters Committee  
meeting July 23rd, 2025.  
Alderwoman Finlayson requested Public Works provide an updated map for each  
side of this property, a CNI Update, and Phase II report and MDE's determination.  
Alderman Savidge requested the Office of Law draft an amendment that includes  
Heritage Commission findings.  
Alderman Arnett moved to postpone O-20-25 until the next meeting July 23rd,  
2025. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

City Manager's Office Lanconich were present to answer questions from the  
committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 5:16 pm.
