Alderman Huntley called the Special Meeting to order at 9:32 am.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the Special Meeting agenda.  
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve FC 4.23.25. Seconded. CARRIED on  
voice vote.  
General Discussion  
Alderwoman Finlayson presented a letter of appreciation for the Public Safety  
team that helped her to safety last year on April 24th, 2024 during the Finance  
Committee Budget Hearings.  
Annapolis Fire Department (AFD)  
Deputy City Manager for Resilience and Sustainability Guild, Chief of Fire  
Remaley, Deputy Fire Chief Lopez, Deputy Fire Chief Powell, and Fire  
Administrator Specialist Coughlin were present to answer questions from the  
committee.  
Meeting went into Recess 10:26 am.  
Transportation Department  
Meeting Reconvened 10:51 am.  
Alderman Arnett, Director of Transportation Moore, Deputy Director of  
Transportation Kwaku, Budget Manager Trudeau, Grants Accountant Flaherty,  
and Transportation Accountant Associate II Ornelas were present to answer  
questions  
Adjournment  
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 11:54 am.
