Budget Manager Trudeau distributed corrected pages for the Budget binder:

Alderman Savidge, Alderman Arnett, City Attorney Lyles, City Clerk  
Watkins-Eldridge, and Budget Manager Trudeau were present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Meeting went into Recess 10:20 am.

Mayor’s Office  
Chief of Staff Petit, Hispanic Liaison Rameriez-Smith, City of Annapolis TV  
Hildebrand and Budget Manager Trudeau were present to answer questions from  
the committee.  
Alderwoman Finlayson requested the Organizational Chart for the Mayor's Office  
& Office of Community Service.  
Meeting went into Recess 11:51 am.  
Meeting Reconvened 12:19 pm.

Meeting Reconvened 12:19 pm.  
Director of Human Resources Hopkins, Finance Director Moran, and Budget  
Manager Trudeau were present to answer questions from my committee.  
Alderwoman Finlayson requested the final copy of the City Council Associate job  
description from the Class and Compensation Study.  
Alderwoman Finlayson requested the Summer Internship job announcement be  
sent to the council when it goes out.  
Alderman Huntley requested a performance metric that shows percentage of city  
employees that use Artificial Intelligence(AI) tools on a weekly basis.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 1:14 pm.
