Alderman Huntley called the Special Meeting to order at 9:33 am.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the Special Meeting agenda.  
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

General Discussion  
Recreation & Parks Department  
Budget Manager Trudeau distributed corrected pages for the Budget binder:  
Pg.35 - City Council and Office of the Mayor  
Alderman Arnett, Director of Recreation & Parks Johnson, Budget Manager  
Trudeau, and Recreation Division Chief Dillard were present to answer questions  
from the committee.  
Alderwoman Finlayson requested a Invitation to come back and see the new  
gym floor for the Stanton Center.  
Meeting went into Recess 10:33 am  
Department of Planning & Zoning (P&Z)  
Meeting Reconvened 10:52 am.  
Alderman Arnett, Deputy City Manager for Resilience & Sustainability Guild,  
Planning & Zoning Director Jakubiak and Budget Manager Trudeau were present  
to answer questions from the committee.  
Supplemental Appropriations  
General - Department of Planning Zoning - Reserve for one time uses  
Attachments: SA-30-25  
Director of Planning & Zoning Jakubiak and Director of Finance Moran was  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-30-25 favorably. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.  
Adjournment  
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 11:56 am.
