Legislation  
2025 Transit Development Plan for the City of Annapolis  
For the purpose of approving the City of Annapolis Transit Development Plan that is  
updated every five years.

Department of Transportation Director Moore was present to answer questions  
from the committee.  
Alderman Arnett requested Department of Planning & Zoning Jakubiak and  
Department of Transportation Director Moore be present at the next committee  
meeting June 12th, 2025.  
Alderman Savidge moved to no action taken on R-17-25. Seconded. CARRIED on  
voice vote.  
Expansion of Child Care Options in Annapolis - For the purpose of allowing large  
family child care homes pending zoning approval; removing City restrictions on hiring  
home-operated child care service employees who live outside the home; combining  
sections dealing with child care centers; updating the related City Code sections to  
align with state child care standards; and address the requirements of Title 21  
concerning child care in Annapolis.

Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend O-1-25 favorably. Seconded.

General Discussion  
Eastport Flood Mitigation Update  
Program Manager for Eastport Flood Mitigation Project Wilding and Resilience  
Authority of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Gabe Cohee were present to  
answer questions from committees.  
Stormwater Fee’s Discussion  
Stormwater Program Manager Michael Rossberg, P.E., Stormwater Engineer  
Roderer, and Stantec Senior Principle David Hyder were present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Carr's Beach Shoreline Plans  
Attachments:  
Resilience Authority of Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Gabe Cohee was  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested Mr.Cohee join us next month at Environmental  
Matters June 12th, 2025.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 5:27 pm.
