A PROPOSED CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to the Annotated Code of  
Maryland, General Provisions, Section 3-305 (b)(8). Discussion Topic:  
Pending or potential litigation regarding the Housing Authority of the City of  
Annapolis (HACA).  
Alderman Schandelmeier moved pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions  
Article § 3-305(b)(8). to go into closed session. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The  
motion CARRIED by the following vote:  
7 - Mayor Littmann, Alderman Huntley, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Allsup-Johnson,  
Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Savidge and Alderman Thorp  
Aye:

Eliminating the Requirement for Outdoor Dining Patrons to be Seated on first reader.

For the purpose of expressing the support of the Annapolis City Council  
for Maryland General Assembly House Bill 1142, which establishes a  
Task Force to Modernize County and Municipal Revenue Sources; and  
urging the Maryland General Assembly to pass said legislation.
