A PROPOSED CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to the Annotated Code of

Maryland, General Provisions, Section 3-305 (b)(8). Discussion Topic:

Pending or potential litigation regarding the Housing Authority of the City of

Annapolis (HACA).

Alderman Schandelmeier moved pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions

Article § 3-305(b)(8). to go into closed session. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The

motion CARRIED by the following vote:

7 - Mayor Littmann, Alderman Huntley, Alderwoman O'Neill, Alderwoman Allsup-Johnson,

Alderman Schandelmeier, Alderman Savidge and Alderman Thorp

Absent:

The council entered its closed session at 6:19 pm.

Alderman Huntley moved to adjourn the close session. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

The council exited out of the closd session at 7:01 pm.

The council recessed at 7:02 pm, and reconvened at 7:11 pm.

Alderman Thorp moved to approve the agenda to as amended to REMOVE O-7-26

Eliminating the Requirement for Outdoor Dining Patrons to be Seated on first reader.

Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
