Alderman Arnett moved to adopt as amended to move R-4-25 to the top of the  
agenda. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Equitable Public Water Access Plan  
For the purpose of adopting the City of Annapolis Equitable Public Water Access  
Plan.

Works Vogel and were present to answer questions from the committee.  
Amendment #1 - Alderman Arnett moved to recommend Amendment #1  
favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
Alderman Arnett moved to recommend R-40-25 favorably as amended.  
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
Exception to the City's Prohibition on Doors or Gates Opening Over  
Sidewalks  
For the purpose of allowing the Director of Public Works to allow exceptions to  
§ 14.20.090 of the City Code dealing with doors or gates opening over  
sidewalks.

committee.  
Alderman Arnett moved to recommend O-30-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED  
on voice vote.  
181 Prince George Street Sidewalk Easement  
For the purpose of the City Council waiving City restrictions on a trash can enclosure  
that encroaches on the City sidewalk in front of 181 Prince George Street; and  
generally relating to waiver of requirements of § 14.20.080 of the City Code.

Alderman Arnett moved to recommend R-35-25 favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on  
voice vote.  
General Discussion  
Resilience & Sustainability Update  
Deputy City Manager for Resilience and Sustainability Guild was present to  
answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Arnett recommended Deputy City Manager for Resilience and  
Sustainability Guild make sure to share this report with the full Council and not  
just theEnvironmental Matters Committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 3:52 pm.
