Legislation  
Mobile Food Service Vendors' Signage - For the purpose of establishing sign  
requirements for Mobile Food Service Vendors, known as food trucks; and generally  
dealing with Peddlers, Hawkers and Itinerant Merchants operating restrictions.

present to answer questions from the committee.  
Amendment #1-  
After iii. Insert: iv.  
"No more than three removable signs are permitted to be displayed per vehicle"  
Alderman Arnett moved to Recommend Amendment #1 Favorably as amended.  
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
Alderman Arnett moved to Recommend O-31-24 Favorably as amended.  
Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
FY 2025 Changes in the Position Classifications and Pay Plan - For the purpose  
of updating the Fiscal Year 2025 annual position classifications and grades; and  
specifying an effective date.

Manager Buckland was present to answer questions from the committee.  
Amendment #1- Alderman Savidge moved to recommend Amendment #1  
favorably. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:  
Yay- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Arnett  
Nay - Alderwoman Finlayson  
Alderman Savidge requested a strategy to create these positions in Department  
of Public Works.  
Amendment #2 - Alderman Arnett moved to recommend Amendment #2  
favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.  
Amendment #3- Alderman Savidge moved to recommend Amendment #3  
favorably. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:  
Yay- Alderman Savidge, Alderman Arnett  
Nay - Alderwoman Finlayson  
Alderman Savidge moved to postpone until the next meeting February 13th,  
2025. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 5:40 pm.
