FY 2025 Changes in the Position Classifications and Pay Plan - For the purpose  
of updating the Fiscal Year 2025 annual position classifications and grades; and  
specifying an effective date.

General Discussion  
Tree Canopy Update  
Urban Forester Adams was present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested Urban Forester Adams and someone from the  
Public Works Storm Water team come back to present to the committee on the  
Eco System services.  
Stormwater Fee’s Discussion  
Stormwater Program Manager Rossberg,Stormwater Engineer Roderer and  
Stantec Senior Principle David Hyder were present to answer questions from the  
committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested Stormwater Program Manager Rossberg presents  
at the next Environmental Matters Committee meeting with updates on the storm  
water current credit program is and proposed changes to the program.  
Planning & Zoning - Developmental Updates  
Senior Current Planner Meekins was present to answer questions from the  
committee.  
Resilience & Sustainability Update  
Deputy City Manager for Resilience and Sustainability Guild was present to  
answer questions from the committee.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 5:08 pm.
