Budget Manager Trudeau, Deputy City Manager for Resilience & Sustainability  
Guild, Assistant City Manager Buckland, Office of Community Engagement  
Administrator Young and Deputy Harbor Master Northfield and Waterside  
Operator Jacobs were present to answer questions from the committee.  
Budget Manager Trudeau distributed corrected pg. 47 - "Staffing Summary City  
Manager's office"  
Alderwoman Finlayson requested the questions that the other Alderpersons ask  
be shared with the whole council if it is not on the spreadsheet.  
Meeting went into Recess at 10:33 am.  
Meeting Reconvened at 10:45 am.  
Office of Integrated Technology Systems (ITS)  
Meeting went into Recess 11:30 am.  
Meeting Reconvened 11:45 am.  
Alderman Savidge,Alderman Arnett, Assistant City Manager Buckland and  
Integrated Technology Systems Director Paquin were present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Alderman Huntley requested a performance metric that shows percentage of city  
employees that use Artificial Intelligence(AI) tools on a weekly basis.  
Alderwoman Finlayson requested Integrated Technology Systems Director  
Paquin update "FY25 Accomplishments" in the FY2026 Budget Binder.  
Supplemental Appropriations  
Capital - Department of Public Works - Capital Reserve  
Attachments: SA-29-25  
Director of Public Works Vogel and Stormwater Project Manager De Matteo were  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend SA-29-25 favorably. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.  
General Fund - Federal Emergency Management Agency Grant - City  
Manager/Supplies and Other  
Attachments: SA-31-25  
Budget Manager Trudeau was present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderwoman O'Neill moved to recommend SA-31-25 favorably. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 11:58 am.
