A RESOLUTION concerning
Collective Bargaining Agreement –
American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 3406
For the purpose of ratifying the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Annapolis and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 3406 for the Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028.
WHEREAS, The City of Annapolis (the “City”) and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 3406 (“AFSCME Local 3406”), an employee organization, have, through appropriate officials or their representative negotiated collectively and in good faith with respect to the terms and conditions of employment of employees in the organization for Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028; and
WHEREAS, In accordance with the Charter of the City of Annapolis § 3.32.110, the City Council desires to ratify the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and AFSCME Local 3406 for the Fiscal Year 2027 through 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the City Council hereby ratifies the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Annapolis and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 3406 for the Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028, entitled “Agreement Between City of Annapolis and Annapolis Clerical & Technical Employees, Local No. 3406 AFSCME Maryland Council 3 American Federation of State County & Municipal Employee...
