SECTION I: BE IT ESTABLISHED AND ORDAINED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Code of the City of Annapolis shall be amended to read as follows:
Title 2 - Administration
Chapter 2.48 - Boards, Commissions and Committees
Article XVIII (2.48.610) - Rent Stabilization Board
2.48.610 - RENT STABILIZATION BOARD. THERE IS HEREBY CREATED A RENT STABILIZATION BOARD OF THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS.
A. PURPOSE. THE RENT STABILIZATION BOARD SHALL:
1. REVIEW AND CONSIDER RESIDENTIAL RENTAL POLICY IN THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS; AND
2. TRACK OVERALL NON-COMMERCIAL, PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL RATES; AND
3. CREATE AN ANNUAL REPORT ON RESIDENTIAL RENTAL RATES AND GUIDELINES IN THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS
