Fiscal Year 2027 Position Classifications and Pay Plan Update
FOR the purpose of amending the City's Fiscal Year 2027 pay plan, and specifying an effective date.
WHEREAS, Section 3.12.020(B) of the City Code states that the City Council shall “adopt, by resolution, a pay plan and subsequent revisions after consideration of the recommendations of the Director of Human Resources”; and
WHEREAS, The City of Annapolis anticipates ratification of Collective Bargaining Agreements with four of its employee organizations; and
WHEREAS, In connection with the anticipated ratification of the Collective Bargaining Agreements, it is necessary to amend the Fiscal Year 2027 pay plan; and
WHEREAS, The Amended Fiscal Year 2027 pay plan is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Amended Fiscal Year 2027 pay plan is adopted as attached in Exhibit A.
AND BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution and Exhibit A shall take effect upon adoption.
