A RESOLUTION concerning

Collective Bargaining Agreement -
UFCW Local 400 (Annapolis Police Department)

FOR the purpose of ratifying the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Annapolis and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Union, Local 400, which represents certain employees of the Annapolis Police Department, for the Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028.

WHEREAS, The City of Annapolis (the “City”) and United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Union, Local 400, an employee organization, have, through appropriate officials or their representatives, negotiated collectively and in good faith with respect to the terms and conditions of employment of employees in the organization for Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028; and

WHEREAS, In accordance with the Charter of the City of Annapolis § 3.32.110, the City Council desires to ratify the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Union, Local 400, for the Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the City Council hereby adopts the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Annapolis and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Union, Local 400, for the Fiscal Years 2027 through 2028, entitled, “The City of Annapolis and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 400 Collective Bargaining Agreement July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028,” a copy o...
