A RESOLUTION concerning
Non-Profit Vendors During Fall 2022 Boat Shows
FOR the purpose of authorizing sales by certain vendors in the City Dock area of the Historic District during the Fall 2022 U.S. Sailboat and Powerboat Shows.
WHEREAS, Section 7.40.090 of the City Code allows the City Council to designate certain days of the year, places and times when peddlers, hawkers and itinerant merchants may be licensed to sell in the Historic District or a nonresidential area.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the following vendor sales in the City Dock area of the Historic District during October 6-9 and October 13-17, 2022, are hereby approved.
• Mt. Zion United Methodist Church
• Optimist of Annapolis
• Boy Scouts of America-Cub Scouts Pack 422
• Boy Scouts of America-Cub Scouts Pack 366
• Boy Scouts of America-Cub Scouts Pack 154
• St. Mary’s Athletic Association
• Hospice of the Chesapeake
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall take effect from the date of its passage.
