A RESOLUTION concerning

 

City Emblems - Prohibited Uses - Fine

 

FOR                     the purpose of establishing a fine for a violation of Section 1.08.060 of the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning prohibited uses of City emblems.

 

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 13-18 adds Section 1.08.060 to Chapter 1.08 of the Code of the City of Annapolis regulating certain uses of City emblems; and

 

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 9-18 establishes a fine for a violation of Section 1.08.060 of the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning the regulation of certain uses of City emblems.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2018 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:
