A ORDINANCE concerning

Local Zoning Map Amendment

FOR the purpose of rezoning parcel 1340, Grid 0008, Tax Map 052A, known as 21 Maryland Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland, to be zoned in its entirety as C1, "Conservation Residence" Zoning District.

BY amending the Zoning District Map, Section 21.06.020 of the Code of the City of Annapolis, 2021 Edition.

WHEREAS, Parcel 1340, Grid 0008, Tax Map 052A, known as 21 Maryland Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland, was rezoned from C1 to C2A in error when the zoning maps were updated by the passage of O-41-15 on January 11, 2016;

WHEREAS, the intent of the zoning map update was to keep this Parcel zoned C1 in its entirety, as shown in previous zoning maps.

SECTION I: BE IT ESTABLISHED AND ORDAINED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Code of the City of Annapolis shall be amended to read as follows:

Chapter 21.06 - ZONING DISTRICTS AND MAPPING

Section 21.06.020 - Zoning District Map.

The location and boundaries of the zoning districts of this Zoning Code are established as shown on the zoning map entitled "City of Annapolis Zoning District Map," which is incorporated in this section and made a part of this Zoning Code. The map, together with everything shown on the map and all amendments to the map, is as much a part of this Zoning Code as though fully set forth and described in this Zoning Code. THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP SHALL REFLECT THAT PARCEL 1340, Grid 0008, Tax Map 052A, KNOWN AS 21 MARYLAND AVENUE, ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND, AS SHOWN IN THE EXHIBIT ATTACHED TO THIS ORDINANCE, IS ZONED C1, CONSERVATION RESIDENCE.
